We just come back from our 17 days trip to
your country and we are very pleased with
it.
I did not have chance to meet you in person
and thank personally for all work you did in
order to prepare or trip.
All reservations for flights, cruise and
hotels were very good and fully meet our
expectation within our budget.
Everything was very well organised and allow
us to have nice, stress free holidays.
Our guides: Lidia in Cairo and Ahmed in
Luxor did excellent job taking care of us
and giving us a lot of informations abou
Egypt.
All drivers did excellent job to take us
safetly trough your unbelivable trafic, and
your representative Mohamed (I belive it is
his name) alvays make sure we get from and
to the airport within any problems.

We had a wonderful holiday in Egypt. The
pyramids, temples, the cruise and the museum
are all world class! The guides and drivers
are all friendly and knowledgeable. We are
generally happy with the service. I would
also like you to know that
Azem
did a wonderful job. He transferred us many
times, and some are in early morning and
late evening. He is very helpful and did not
accept tipping. We appreciate his service
and wish to thank him. Regards.

Nuestro viaje a Egipto ha sido tal cual lo
esperabamos, quizas te diria que por un
momento más de lo que esperabamos. Nos
gustaría remarcar la excelente labor llevada
a cabo por el grupo de recibimiento al
llegar al Cairo en el cual te encontrabas
vos como asi también la impecable labor de
Oda ( nuestra guía en el Cairo) y la de
Mahmud (el segundo guia de Luxor). Los
hoteles impecables, los traslados on time y
tambien sin ningún problema. Nuestra
experiencia ha sido más que satisfactoria y
seguramente los recomendariamos sin ningún
problema. Nos han hecho sentir como en casa!

When we decided to make a trip to Egypt, I
searched and visited some internet sites of
tourism companies in Egypt. The reason we
preferred your company is the prompt reply
of Miss Sara to my messages. Due to short of
time we could spend for the tour, we had to
prepare a very effective tour programme
since we wanted to visit at least the peak
places. So in cooperation with Miss Sara,
an effective programme was prepared.
Honestly speaking, we were anxious about the
quality of service we would take in Egypt.
But, after our arrival at Egypt and the
service we had taken during the trip,
generally speaking, we were very pleased
with your service. Thanks to Mss Sara for
her prompt reply to our-mail messages and
her flexibility in preparing tour program,
and to Hazım, the company representative,
for his warm welcome and interest during our
trip. You have young, dynamic staff, who
like their jobs and try to do their best. We
were happy with the job of the tour guides
in Cairo, Luxor, Sharm-el-Sheikh and
Alexandria. They know their jobs well, and
are kind and respectful in their behaviours.
One more positive side of you is your
flexibility. We were happy to your response
to our demand for changing the hotel in
Cairo and from the result. Egypt is a very
impressive country with historical sites
from all stages of history, the Nile valley,
and Sharm-el Sheikh. Thanks for your
service again. With our best wishes.

Ayer regresamos a Argentina y ya en nuestra
casa nos da gusto escribirle para resumirle
la experiencia de nuestro viaje a su
maravilloso país, Egipto.
1º) El tour que
Ud. nos organizó muy bien : adecuado
a lo que queriamos conocer, a lo que
podíamos pagar y al tiempo disponible.
2º) Las personas de su Empresa que
colaboraron con nosotros : todas muy
bien dispuestas para hacer grata nuestra
estadía. Los guías, todos conocedores de la
historia, la evolución de los
acontecimientos y el presente. Siempre
dispuestos a resolver nuestros deseos, y a
cuidar nuestro bienestar. De modo particular
: la guía en Cairo, Hoda (ó Jo Da) no
recuerdo cómo escribir, su nombre. Conocedora,
cálida y afable. Mounir Remon, quizas porque
fue el último con quien tuvimos contacto está
más presente en nuestra memoria. Mahmoud
Hassan, su agente en Luxor, que ayudó a que presenciaramos el
espéctáculo de Luz y sonido en Karnac. Todos
los excelentes conductores de los vehiculos
en que nos trasladamos, seguros en su
trabajo, cuidadosos con nuestros equipajes.
3º ) Los hoteles que Ud eligío para
nosotros, cómodos, limpios, personal siempre
atento en el Havana y el Nile Aswan.
Muy bien el Acqua Fun Hurgada (habitaciones
cómodas, pileta de natación excelente, playa
privada).
4º) El tren con camarote, de El Cairo a
Swan, muy bien, cómodo y puntual.
5º) Crucero por el Nilo desde Aswan :
(M/S Zeina ) Buque moderno, buena cabina, excelente
comida, pero excepto nosotros todo el
pasaje era de habla alemana.
El personal de a bordo -con la colaboración
de nuestro guía- nos atendió muy bien.
6º) Viaje Aereo Hurgada / El Cairo. Bien
EgypAir, puntual y comodo.
7º) Puntualidad : Fijada una hora de
encuentro ó de partida, todo el personal de
su Agencia siempre fue puntual.
Tal vez omita algún aspecto, pero lo
esencial de los servicios de su Empresa está
expresado. Un comentario acerca del pueblo
egipcio que pude conocer en tan poco tiempo
: gente sencilla y amable, pacífica,
festejaron su Campeonato de futbol de Africa
(merecidamente ganado) de manera tumultuosa
pero sin agresividad de ninguna clase,
mujeres, hombres , niños, todos juntos,
hermanados. Me produjo una inmensa
satisfacción haber estado presente durante esos
festejos. Estamos muy conformes con los
servicios de su Empresa, y con gusto la
recomendaremos a quienes deseen viajar a
Egipto. De manera especial le agradecemos a
Ud., Asmaa, porque fue nuestra guía para
organizarnos, y nuestro soporte logístico mientras
estuvimos en Egipto. Saludos cordiales para

I am returned from my travel in Egypt.
All has been ok and i and my wife would wish

wait us in airport. Without these people we

We recently visisted Alexandria as part of a
Mediteranean cruise. Prior to leaving
Australia we booked a tour with your company
to take us from Alexandria to Cairo, our
tour included the pyramids,
Cairo Museum etc. I would just like to
thank you and your company for the way in
which everything was organised, your people
were waiting for the cruise ship and we were
met by a friendly young man called Raymon,
he assisted us to the vehicle and was most
helpful throughout the tour. The tour guide
was very knowledgeable and was more than
happy to assist with any questions and had a
good knowledge of the local history.
I would certainly have no hesitation in
recommending your company to friends. Thank
